Prithwiraj (Raj) Choudhury is the Lumry Family Associate Professor in the Technology and Operations Management Unit at the Harvard Business School. He was an Assistant Professor at Wharton prior to joining HBS. He studies the Geography of Work and Innovation: how location and geographic mobility affect productivity, innovation and career outcomes of knowledge workers. He also studies causes of geographic immobility and examines how remote work programs that offer geographic flexibility affect productivity outcomes. In a separate stream of research, he studies the application of Machine Learning tools to research and practice.
